Intelligent container tracking for logistics

Our SLOC products make it possible

With our smart devices, we provide actionable information to monitor and optimize logistics processes. This enables our customers to develop new business models and services.

Two SLOC products make this possible: The Smart Load Carrier (SLC) and the SLOC Tracker (STR). The intelligent solutions combine specific sensors with unique onboard algorithms and collect and analyze valuable data depending on the application area.

The advantages of SLOC Devices

SLOC Tracker & SLOC Load Carrier
  • depending on the area of application and availability, data is transmitted via highly efficient battery-saving technologies, such as NB-IoT, BLE, LTE-M, 2G or LoRaWAN.
  • The positioning can be done e.g. with GNSS/GPS, radio cell positioning or BLE. Thanks to these methods, we can combine outdoor with indoor positioning and enable continuous tracking
  • OnBoard analytics avoids extensive data transfer, saving energy and costs
    software and firmware updates over the air allow new functions and services to be made available quickly and easily
  • The runtime is at least 5 years with a daily data transfer and can also be extended with stronger batteries or battery packs.

SLOC Tracker

The SLOC Tracker can measure values of the container such as motion logic, temperature, outdoor and indoor location (via GNSS/GPS, radio cell location, WiFi and BLE), geofencing (incl. warning function) as well as shocks.

SLOC Load Carrier

The SLOC Load Carrier provides information on location (via GNSS/GPS, radio cell location, BLE), temperature, humidity (incl. limit ranges), light intensity (lux), lid opening and position, and shocks.

Reduce damage with container tracking

Due to lack of information and transparency, damage to goods and containers often occurs. With SLOC Container Tracking, you receive information on location, movement patterns, temperature, humidity, light as well as lid openings and position.
Thanks to the integrated damage detection and theft warning of the smart container, damages in logistics are avoided.

Both products are already in use at well-known international logistics providers, container manufacturers and industrial companies in various applications, e.g. for cold chain monitoring in food transports or for tracking raw materials between production sites.
